This involves flying to a nearby airport in a neighboring country and then returning to Dubai, effectively obtaining a new visa upon re-entry. 

Individuals use A2A to extend their UAE visas, particularly tourist or visit visas, or to change from a cancelled residency visa to a tourist visa. 

• How it works: The process involves exiting the UAE through a Dubai airport, flying to a nearby airport (like Sharjah or Abu Dhabi), and then immediately re-entering the UAE.
