Cancellation Policy:
- Customers are allowed to cancel the requested services and are encouraged to notify Kabayan Ehsan Public Relations Management of any cancellations or intentions to reschedule by contacting us via email at info@kabayanehsan.com or through WhatsApp at +971504183359. We kindly ask that such notifications be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled service date. Please be advised that if a Customer communicates their intent to cancel or reschedule less than twenty-four (24) hours before the date of service, cancellation rights will not apply, and the scheduled services will proceed as outlined in the agreement. Kabayan Ehsan Public Relations Management reserves the right to impose a penalty on Customers who repeatedly cancel within the specified twenty-four (24) hour timeframe. We appreciate your understanding of these policies, as they are in place to ensure the smooth operation of our services for all clients.
REFUND POLICY
- Rendered services are non-refundable; if applicable, they would be as per the agreement. In the absence of an agreement Form, the service would be considered null and void, and the fees paid would be considered as an administration fee. All services provided by Kabayan Ehsan Public Relations Management are sold as is without any guarantee. By purchasing with Kabayan Ehsan Public Relations Management, you are confirming that you have read and understand our refund policy.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Kabayan Ehsan Public Relations Management offers a range of services, and it’s important to note that, in general, our services are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply as per the agreement.
Terms and Conditions Application:
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed in strict accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the service's policy. If a completed agreement form is not provided, the respective service will be deemed null and void, and any fees paid will be treated as an administration fee.
No Guarantees:
- Please be aware that Kabayan Ehsan Public Relations Management provides all services on an “as is” basis, without any explicit or implied guarantees. We aim to deliver high-quality services, but individual experiences may vary.
Disputes:
- If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, you must submit your complaint in writing within seven days of the service being performed; otherwise, you expressly relinquish any ability to dispute the quality of service and any related refusal to pay our service and related charges. We will act in response to your written complaint as soon as we are able to and will endeavor to resolve the issues regarding your complaint. All complaints that are not resolved will be resolved by mandatory, binding arbitration as set forth herein.
FAILED SERVICE ATTEMPTS
- We understand that encountering problems can be frustrating, and we are committed to working diligently to identify the issues that require our professional attention. Our goal is to locate, analyze, and address these concerns as effectively as possible. However, we want to be transparent: despite our best efforts, there may be situations where we cannot fully resolve the problems you’ve entrusted to us. We appreciate your understanding that, even in those cases, you will still be responsible for the time and resources we spend trying to find a solution. This is true even if we receive feedback indicating that assistance from our Partners or other Third Party Providers isn’t forthcoming. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this together.
RIGHT TO REFUSE, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE SERVICE
- We reserve the right to refuse, terminate, or suspend service to any Customer for any reason we deem, in our sole discretion, to do so, without any prior notice. Typically, we will suspend, terminate, or refuse service if we determine that a Customer is non-compliant or not eligible to request service, providing indecent or obscene information, violating the rights of privacy or publicity, or violating the civil rights of others. However, we may also suspend, refuse, or terminate service for any reason that we, in our sole discretion, consider appropriate to do so.
