Provide Information and Guidance: Share accurate information about the procedures, required documents, fees, and processing times (4 to 8 weeks).
Online Appointment Booking: The process begins with securing an online appointment in the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi or the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai. We can assist you in navigating the website, selecting a date/time, and ensuring you receive the confirmation email and QR code (for Dubai applications).
Document Preparation: Help you gather and photocopy all necessary documents.
Form Completion: We assist in accurately filling out the online e-passport application form and ensuring it is printed out as required.
Liaison for Special Cases: If the applicant is a minor, a senior citizen, pregnant, or a person of determination (who may not need an appointment), we can help coordinate with the consulate via email or phone for specific instructions.
Passport Collection (with Authorization): The applicant must generally collect the new passport in person. However, if you are unable to, we can be an authorized representative, provided you have a specific authorization letter (for immediate family members) or a Special Power of Attorney (for non-immediate family) authenticated by the Consulate/Embassy, the original receipt, and your own valid ID.
